    Automated Executive Reporting

    The problem

A construction company's leadership team usually needs to check at least three different systems — the sales CRM, the finance ERP, and the loan-transfer control system — to get a picture of "how are we doing." In practice, that turns into a recurring request to someone on the team: "send me a summary." Beyond eating the preparer's time, a manual summary arrives late and doesn't always highlight what actually deserves attention.

    How the automation works

    1. Scheduled trigger. Every business day (or every week, depending on preference), the automation starts collecting data on its own — no one has to ask.

    2. Consolidating multiple sources. The system queries the CRM (sales for the period, lead funnel, visits completed vs. scheduled) and the ERP/finance system (current delinquency, in-progress loan transfer status, a summarized cash flow) — pulling it all into a single view, compared against the previous period.

    3. Highlights in executive language. Instead of delivering a raw table, the automation generates a short text pointing out the 2–3 things that deserve the most attention right now — for example, a specific loan transfer stalled for days, or a drop in the lead funnel.

    4. Delivered where management already is. The summary arrives formatted over WhatsApp to the recipient list, with the full report attached or linked for anyone who wants the details.

    What this automation prevents

No one on the leadership team has to open three systems or wait for someone to "find time" to put the summary together. And the team that used to prepare that report by hand gets that time back for other priorities.
