The problem
Paid leads (Meta Ads, Google Ads) lose value fast: if an agent takes hours to call, a competitor has already called first. And even when a lead becomes a scheduled visit, some percentage simply doesn't show up — and without someone remembering to follow up, that customer just disappears, even after showing genuine interest.
How the automation works
1. Automatic chatbot qualification. As soon as the lead arrives (a form, Meta Ads, or Google Ads), the automation immediately sends a WhatsApp welcome message with a short set of qualifying questions — purchase timeline, intended payment method, whether they already have a property to trade in as a down payment.
2. Scoring and routing. Based on the answers, the lead is scored hot, warm, or cold. A hot lead is instantly routed to an available agent, following the company's rule (rotation, region, or the agent "owning" that development) — and that agent already receives a summary of the qualification, instead of discovering the lead from scratch on the call.
3. Nurturing for leads that aren't ready. Warm or cold leads aren't discarded or dumped on an agent's plate: they enter an automatic content flow about the development and get re-qualified after some time.
4. No-show recovery. When a scheduled visit's time passes and no one marked it "attended" in the system, the automation detects that on its own, sends a message asking if the customer wants to reschedule (with a direct link), and tells the agent the outcome. If there's no response, a shorter second attempt goes out; if there's still nothing, the lead's temperature is downgraded — so the agent isn't stuck indefinitely chasing someone who's gone cold.

What this automation prevents
Agents don't waste time on unqualified, curious leads, and don't call "blind" without knowing what the customer already answered. A lead that missed their visit doesn't quietly become a lost number — they get an automatic second chance before going cold for good.
